Heliotroop staat voor bescherming en controle. Heliotroop verbetert de controle over het eigen leven. Kalmeert en vitaliseert bij uitputting. Geeft bescherming en begrenzing. Helpt bij angina, keelpijn en aambeien. Uitwendig goed bij insectenbeten.
Neem de edelstenenbuis, zet deze in 1 liter water en laat deze 4 tot 6 uur staan. Daarna is de melange drinkbaar met een goede werking. Langer laten rijpen met de buis in het water is prima. Na verwijdering van het buisje neemt de werking van de melange langzaam af.
