De ingrediënten van deze Yogi Tea: ginkgo, gember, citroengras, zoethout, citroenverbena, basilicum, pepermunt, citroenmelisse, zwarte peper en kardamom.
De bereidingswijze
Schenk 250 ml kokend water op het theezakje en laat het 5 minuten trekken, of langer voor eens sterkere smaak. Druk het theezakje voorzichtig uit om de actieve ingrediënten volledig in het water te laten vrijkomen.
