Zoutsteen Himalaya is rustgevend en kalmeert je voor je gaat slapen, het geeft een ontspannend effect. Het wordt gebruikt als scrub, badzout of wordt verwerkt in het eten. Zoutsteen vermindert stresseczeem en huideczeem.
