Deze zoutsteen is afkomstig vanuit de Himalaya. Himalaya zout is rustgevend en kalmeert je voor je gaat slapen, het geeft een ontspannend effect. Het wordt gebruikt als scrub, badzout maar ook bij de bereiding van eten. Het is goed voor je huid, stresseczeem en huideczeem.
