De ingrediënten:
citroengras, citroenmelisse, paardenbloem, brandnetel, kruizemunt, frambozenblad, groen havergras, lavendelbloesem, venkel, wortel, lindebloesem, berkenblaadjes, alfalfa en peterselie.
De bereidingsinstructies
Schenk 250 ml kokend water op het theezakje en laat 5 minuten trekken, of langer voor een sterkere smaak.
